ตรวจสอบปัญหา Wi-Fi หลุดบ่อย ให้ผู้ใช้งานทำการ Ping Test แล้ว Print Screen ผล ส่งมาให้เจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อนำผลมาตรวจสอบ

  1. ไปที่ช่อง Applications >> Folder Utilities เลือกเปิดโปรแกรม Terminal
