Problem with Wi-Fi frequently disconnecting and slow usage in Windows or OSX. Please provide the following information for analysis

  1. Name
  2. Contact phone number
  3. Username used for login (@cmu.ac.th)
  4. Specify the area of use (room/floor/building) and the time when the issue occurs.
  5. Identify the signal used: @JumboPlus or @JumboPlus5GHz.
  6. Report the website or application where the problem is encountered.
  7. Check with roommates if they are experiencing the same issue.
  8. Open a browser and visit https://th.speedtest.net/, click Go, then capture the Speed Test results screen.
  9. Open a browser, log in to https://speedtest.cmu.ac.th with your CMU Account, click Start, and wait for the Download/Upload results.
  10. Click Ping Test and wait for a pop-up confirming Status: Success.
