Connecting to @JumboPlus5GHz on Windows 11



1. Click the globe icon on the Taskbar (bottom right corner), then click the > next to the Wi-Fi icon. Select @JumboPlus5GHz and click Connect.

** If you only see @JumboPlus, it means your device supports only the 2.4GHz frequency band. **
*** If you see both network names, it means your device supports the 5GHz frequency band. It is recommended to connect to @JumboPlus5GHz. ***

 Only connect to one network name. If both network names are saved on the same device, you may experience unstable or intermittent connections.

2. Enter the Username and Password of your CMU Account provided by the university, then click OK.
CMU Student : Firstname_Surname@cmu.ac.th
CMU Staff : Firstname.Surname@cmu.ac.th

3. Click Connect.

4. Once connected to @JumboPlus or @JumboPlus5GHz, your device will remember the network. It will automatically connect whenever you are within range.
